In this course, we also reflected on ourselves and chose a goal we will be working around. I chose "Positive focus":


Sometimes it's hard to stay positive when you're stressed, and at this point in my life I feel like I'm stressed 24/7. So I'll be working on keeping positive I'll do this by;

  • Putting things in perspective

  • Asking myself, can I even change it?

  • Talking about it

  • Staying on top of all my tasks

  • Planning enough free time

I'll keep you updated on how that works out. What goals are you working on this year?
