In this course, we also reflected on ourselves and chose a goal we will be working around. I chose "Positive focus":
Sometimes it's hard to stay positive when you're stressed, and at this point in my life I feel like I'm stressed 24/7. So I'll be working on keeping positive I'll do this by;
Putting things in perspective
Asking myself, can I even change it?
Talking about it
Staying on top of all my tasks
Planning enough free time
